 The Extech Insulation Tester is designed for regulatory compliance testing, appliance safety check and wire/cable testing. The tester and logger has 16K of data stoage capacity, measures insulation resistance, audible continuity and AC Voltage function. Open circuit, overrange and low battery indicator and 600V overload protection provide many safety and stability.
