Weather Station Tripods and Mounting
Two and three meter tripods are available for mounting the sensors to meet
the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and Association of American State
Climatologists(AASC) standards. Alternately, sensors can be compactly configured
on masts for monitoring specific microclimates.
NOTE: Due to the very large size and high cost of shipping
the tripods and tripod kits, Weather Station users may want to consider purchasing
a tripod locally. The tripods are fairly standard; they are like the type
you would use to mount a TV antenna.
