Customer Questions
Is the software compatible with Windows 10?
Yes, it will work with Windows10
Can this unit be used to log power consumption on a 220V/50Hz system? Obviously plugs would need to be adapted, but if that were done, would this unit function properly?
The UX120-018 logger is intended for use on 15 AMP circuits (NEMA 5-15P) with a working voltage of 120V AC ±10% at 50/60Hz and a max power of 1800W.  It is not designed for use with a 220v/50Hz systems.
Does the HOBO power monitor output an ascii .cvs or txt file? Thanks
By default the data is saved in a format native to the HOBOware software however it can be exported as a .csv file as well.
Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me how fast the unit can log Voltage and current. I need to collect data every msec for 24 hours. Is this possible? Thanks - VK
The logger samples at 60Hz however the fastest it can record is only once per second.  This logger is designed for monitoring general energy consumption.  It's not designed for high speed logging applications where you are trying to capture...
