ZW Wireless Network Setup Examples
Basic Setup: All Nodes Plugged into AC Outlet and No Obstructions. Data from some nodes may pass through other nodes to reach the receiver.
Setup with Obstructions: Node A is placed so it can connect to the receiver (through Node D), also routes data from node B and node C, which are obstructed from connecting directly to the receiver.
Extending Wireless Range with Router: Node A and Node B are too far away from receiver. A Router (#ZW-ROUTER) is positioned to maximize the number of nodes it can connect to.
ZW Wireless Software Features
The HOBO ZW Wireless System uses the HOBOnode Manager to setup and manage the network. The software is a component of HOBOWare Pro Version 3.0. The software is included with the purchase of the wireless receiver (#ZW-RCVR).
