Pricing:

Price is manufacturer suggested retail pricing.  Discount pricing is available for large quantity purchases. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Pricing is subject to change without notice. 

Money Back Guarantee/Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with any product from MicroDAQ.com, Ltd., you may return it within 14 days of purchase (US orders only/does not apply to special orders) for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping/freight charges. All items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc...in resalable, usable and unmarked condition. For quantities of (3) or more returned items, a 15% restocking charge will be applied. You must contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, prior to returning any items. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty:

Our obligation is to repair or replace, at our option any product or part thereof which proves defective upon examination within one year of shipment.  The manufacturer's warranty coverage does not extend to any product that has been abused, mishandled, not operated in accordance with it's operating manual or in general has been damaged as a result of abnormal handling. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Payment:

Payment to be in U.S. funds only.  Payment through credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) or bank wire transfer.  If payment is by bank wire transfer, a bank wire transfer charge of $30.00 will be added to order.

Important Note For International Orders
For orders outside of the United States customer is responsible for any customs charges, duties, fees and import taxes in customer's country. Check with your local customs office for possible charges. Federal Express shipping charges will be prepaid and billed.

Credit Card Payment:

For fraud prevention purposes MicroDAQ.com reserves the right to verify orders through a variety of means, which might include phone verification, requests for copies of front and back of credit card and drivers license and completion of other MicroDAQ.com forms and documentation. MicroDAQ.com reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity of the order.
