Reed Instruments’ SD-4307 meter automatically selects the appropriate range for measuring conductivity, and has a built-in temperature sensor so the meter can make adjustments to the TDS or conductivity readings based on the temperature of the solution. The TDS of alcohols and pure water are affected by changes in temperature, and the meter allows adjustable temperature coefficients.

This meter is used for a very wide range of applications, including: Ensuring the purity of water supplies for domestic use and the chemical, semiconductor, food and beverage, and petroleum industries. Other applications include aquatic ecosystems, wastewater and water treatment, fish farms, aquaculture, pools and spas, or hydroponics.

Data logging or recording for permanent reference requires no software, just an SD card that downloads data directly to Microsoft© Excel.
