Overview of the Monarch Track-It 5396-0338 Vacuum Pressure & Temperature Data Logger
The Monarch Instruments Track-It Vacuum Pressure & Temperature series of data loggers is our go-to recommendation industrial vacuum pressure monitoring applications. The 5396-0338 version can monitor and record vacuum pressure from 0 to -760 Torr and temperature from -20°C to +85°C (-4°F to +185°F). Theses stand-alone, battery powered data loggers come housed in a rugged anodized aluminum and stainless steel, watertight housing and they can record up to 130k readings before having to be downloaded. The multi-line display shows real-time data, alarm information, and min/max values. These loggers are easily configured using the free Track-It PC software which automatically identifies the data logger when connected to your PC via a USB cable. The logger can be configured to start or stop recording immediately, at a predetermined time or date, or only when a programable alarm condition is sensed. The sample rate is programable and can set to record readings as fast as 10 per second or as slowly as once every 24 hours. The onboard data is stored in non-volatile memory so there is no risk of data loss even in the event of a depleted battery. These loggers connect to lines and devices using an integrated standard ¼” NPT fitting. The Track-It pressure, and temperature series of loggers are an ideal solution for use in industrial processes, food processing, water supply lines, hydrant water pressure, building supply pressure, oil & gas, petroleum and gas, compressors, pumps, water and wastewater, and many other applications.
