    The Acuvim L series meter will display voltage and current however it is not a data logger so it can't store or retain data for historical review.

    The only way to record data with it would be to connect it to an external building management system via Modbus or some other communication protocol.  If you are looking to measure and record usage data I would instead suggest looking at a data logger.

    The Dent Elite Pro XC will monitor and record usage of voltage, current, and many other parameters on a 3-phase system.

    No, the L series doesn't have onboard logging capabilities.  For data logging you would need to look at the IIR, IIE, or IIW series of meters.
