Overview of the AEMC PEL103 Power and Energy Data Logger

The AEMC PEL 103 power and energy data logger w/ LCD display is easy to use and cost-effective. It reads and records 1, 2 or 3-phase RMS voltage and current measurements. This three-phase power and energy data logger can be used by contractors, electricians and engineers engaged in system monitoring and upgrades. Data reports can be easily generated using the supplied standard reports which are fully customizable.

The slim design of the PEL 103 allows it and its current sensors to be mounted inside a panel while allowing the door to close in most cases. The logger measures and records three True RMS voltage and current inputs, Watts, VARS, VA, and Energy (kWh & kVA). The logger can use this data to calculate and record Power Factor (PF), Crest Factor, Displacement Power Factor (DPF), Frequency, and THD. Individual harmonic percent information, selectable from the 1 to the 50th harmonic, is also recorded.
