- 1. Fill Out the Form Below and Click Submit - You Will receive an Email Confirmation
- 2. Print a Copy of the Email and Include a Copy of it in the Box with Your Logger
- 3. You Only Need to Send Us the Logger and the Probe/Vial. We do NOT Need the Docking Station or Any Other Accessories
- 4. Ship the Logger Back to Us Using a Trackable Service (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Shipping Instructions
- Use a Sturdy Box - NO Packing Envelopes
- Disconnect Probe from Sensor Before Shipping
- Insert Glycol Bottle and Probe Cable into a Zip-Lock Bag
- Use a Rubber Band to Secure the Logger to the Outside of the Sealed Bag
- Wrap the Logger and Bag with Packing Materials (Newspaper, Packing Peanuts, etc.) to Protect them in the Box
