These small data loggers are designed to be used for tunnel pasteurization in the food and beverage industry. These devices record temperature and calculate PU (Pasteurization Units) and some also record pressure. Their small size makes them ideal for being inserted into small bottles or cans. A rugged ceramic housing protects the logger and keeps it sealed from liquids.
