At Temperatures Below -5°C (23°F) the LCD will Exhibit Slower Response Times. The LCD will be Disabled at Temperatures under -20°C (-4°F) and above 70°C (158°F).

Overview of the Lascar EL-GFX-1 Temperature Data Logger

The Lascar EL-GFX-1 is a rugged temperature data logger that can record and store over 250k readings. What sets this logger apart from others is its durable IP67/NEMA 4X case, ability to start and stop multiple recording sessions without connecting to a PC, and its large display that allows you to view your data in real-time as a graph as it’s being recorded. The logger can monitor and record temperature from -30°C to +80°C (-22°F to +176°F) and has an overall accuracy of +/-0.2°C across its full range.

Is the software compatible with Windows 10?
Yes, it will work with Windows10
Can I change the readout to Fahrenheit?
Yes, you can choose what temperature scale the logger displays during the configuration process using the software. 
How much does the unit weigh?
Lascar doesn't publish a spec for weight but I weighed one on our shipping scale and it was 1.7oz.
Is this waterproof? Can it be placed inside a waterproof bag and be considered accurate? I need to record temperatures on new concrete that will be covered with continuous wetting.
This logger is water resistant but not what we would consider waterproof.  Occasional exposure to moisture/rain for limited durations. This particular logger uses an internal sensor so it's designed to measure ambient air temperatures.  If ...
How loud is the audible alarm?
It's loud enough to hear if you are in the general vicinity of the logger.  It's not so loud that you would hear it from any significant distance. It's not as loud as a home smoke detector.
