Overview of the LogTag TREL-8 Temperature Data Recorder

This multi-trip LogTag temperature recorder can accurately measure over a high range (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). It provides high-resolution readings and is highly versatile. It's housed in an extremely durable polycarbonate case and has a real-time clock for temperature readings with date/time stamps. Features include up to 3 years of battery life, customizable alarms and a lightning-fast download time. The logger requires the LogTag LTI-HID (sold separately) for configuration and downloading recorded data.

What if I want to purchase this monitor. do I need to purchase the docking station if I already have one.
As long as you already have an existing docking station there is no need to purchase an additional one.  You can have any number of loggers share a single docking station. 
Are these units reusable? Re-programmable? Can you program a delayed start from the button push?
Yes, these loggers can be reused until the battery is depleted.  You can program it to start at a specific date and time or to set it up so that there is a delay to when it starts recording after the start button is pressed.
