Overview of the HOBO U22-001 Water Temperature Data Loggers
The Onset HOBO U22-001 Pro v2 is a durable water temperature data logger with 12-bit resolution. The logger features a precision sensor for ±0.2°C accuracy and can measure temperatures between -40°C and +70°C (-40°F to +158°F) in air and up to 50°C (+122°F) in water. It’s streamlined polypropylene case is both durable and waterproof allowing for extended deployment in fresh and salt water. The fixed factory replaceable battery has a typical life of up to 6 years when using a 1 minute or longer logging interval. The U22-001 is an ideal solution for a wide variety of environmental applications. Downloading the logger can be done in less than 30 seconds using the required optical USB interface (BASE-U-4 or U-DTW-1). The logger is configured, and data is viewed using either free HOBOware or HOBOware Pro (paid) software.
