Yes, you can export the data from the software into an Excel spreadsheet. By default the data is viewable in the software but from there you can export it as a .csv file which can be opened in Excel.

From within the software you can enable a security feature which allows users to be created, privileges assigned, restrictions set, and an audit trail generated. Each user can be set up with their own unique password. You can also set a master Admin password to restrict overall access to the software.
