Recalibration

It is suggested that you begin the recalibration process at least 1 month before the due date for recalibration. The due date for recalibration is 2 years after the calibration date noted on the back of the data logger and as noted on the Certificate of Calibration.

Before completing the form to Recalibrate the Data Logger(s), please obtain a PO # from your CHPG Buyer through the Ambulatory Services Purchase Requisition process for one of the following:

CAL-NIST-FRIDG (Recalibration for Refrigerator)
CAL-NIST-FZR (Recalibration for Freezer)
