Overview of the TandD RTR-602 Food Core Temperature Data Logger
The TandD RTR-602 series of Food Temperature Data Loggers makes food safety easy. It can be used for HACCP-compliant temperature management to ensure food safety and complying with the FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). The water and oil proof device carries an IP68 rating, making it ideal for food processing environments. With one press of the record button, the unit records temperature, user, item, measurement time and judgment result. Data is automatically sent wirelessly to an RTR-500 series base station (sold separately) and can be set to forward to an email address and/or FTP server over a wireless and LAN network. The measurement range is -76°F to +482°F (-60°C to 250°C). The logger can transmit wirelessly up to 50 meters (line of sight) to the base station or to a repeater. Charging is done via a non-contact charging system using the RTR-600BD charging dock. The dock can charge up to two RTR-602 loggers simultaneously. The RTR-600BD charging dock is required and sold separately.
